healthy for life - The benefits of hand washing

When to wash hands? Do it as often as possible! Especially during flu season. If you regularly wash their hands properly, can reduce the risk of getting or spreading the flu. Immediately wash hands with soap when:
* Before and after preparing food / cooking. This can reduce the risk of getting or spreading the bacteria that cause food poisoning. Wash hands with soap before and after the cooking process of the type of poultry, raw eggs, meat, or seafood.                                                                * Before and after eating.
* After urinating / large. Also after diapering your baby.
* After sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose. * After holding the dirty stuff. * After using the phone, shaking hands.
* After playing / holding / feeding pets.
* After traveling, playing outdoors, gardening, and other activities. Again, do not assume underestimate the benefits of hand washing. Never too tired to remind children to do so, including an example for the little guy. Only a few seconds to sacrifice the time to wash hands, we do not need to waste time (and money) because they have to lay in a hospital.

How to wash your hands right
1. Wash hands with water (it would be perfect if the water is warm) the flow and use soap. No need to have special antibacterial soap, but preferably in the form of liquid soap.
2. Rub hands for at least 15-20 seconds
3. Clean the inside of the wrist, back of hands, between fingers, and nails.
4. Use a tissue / towel as a barrier when turning off the tap water because that part has become dirty when you open / play them when going to wash my hands.
