tips for brushing teeth

maybe you have bleeding gums when brushing teeth. maybe the way you are wrong. The following are some tips to brush their teeth either: 
1. Brush your teeth and gums with the brush head position forming an angle of 45 degrees in the border area between the teeth with gums. 
2. Movement with a soft brush and play. Brush the outer surfaces of each upper and lower teeth with a bristle brush 45derajat position contrary to the gum line so that the rest of the food may still slip can be cleaned.

Abrasion can make bacteria and spent acid protective gear because the hard coating has been eroded tooth enamel. 
8. Replace toothbrush when bristles are damaged and store in a dry place so it can be dried after use. 
9. Do not ever lend your toothbrush to someone else because the toothbrush contains bacteria that can move from one person to another even though the brush had been cleared. 
10. Use an electric toothbrush for your child to make it easier to use. Toothbrushes of this type can actually clean better than a manual toothbrush, but you should consult in advance about its use with your dentist.
